We will happily exchange/refund items up to 30 days from the date of receipt, returned items must be in a resaleable condition, unused and in their original packaging.
We may also be able to accept items back outside this time period. Please message us to discuss any returns and we’ll be happy to help. Please note that the buyer pays for return postage and the items are not covered for loss or damage unless the buyer uses a service that includes this.
Faulty items that are under manufacturer’s warranty can be returned to us and if found to be faulty will be refunded or replaced. Please message us to discuss any issues so we can advise of the best course of action.
